I became a personal trainer because I know first hand the positive impact exercise has on our physical health and mental wellbeing. It isn't always about losing weight and getting in shape, it can be just as important to grow strength and confidence from the inside.
Be it a 10 minute walk around the block or a sweaty HIIT session, the benefits of physical activity are limitless. We all start on our journey for different reasons, we all have individual goals.
